Jacob Ossef is a Dutch director and screenwriter. His journey began in 2010 when he attended the bachelor’s degree program in Art & Technology at Saxion University of Applied Sciences. In 2014, he started his internship at NEW DAY studio, where he individually expanded his knowledge of directing. Through this internship, he received his bachelor’s degree and took the first step toward becoming a director and screenwriter. His directorial debut was the short film “American Mountain Men,” which was produced by NEW DAY studio. He also created his latest short documentary, “AERTS,” with NEW DAY studio.
In addition to his passion for fiction and documentaries, he is also specialized in conceptualizing and visualizing unique film ideas for Commercials and Brandfilms. His goal is to move the audience by inspiring, challenging, and motivating them with stories that leave a lasting impression. He achieves this by answering the ‘why’ question: why do you do what you do? This results in a unique identity that sets you apart from the rest.
